Our delivery charge is £5.99 for most of the UK. Delivery charge may vary for Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands.

Your items will be delivered in insulated packaging with ice packs designed to keep your meals chilled/frozen for up to 48 hours.

We deliver nationwide using fast delivery services in the UK via Royal Mail tracked. You can choose your delivery date in our checkout.

Delivery days available Monday – Thursday.

All our dishes are homemade, if there is a specific allergen that you would like to adapt our dishes too, please do not hesitate to call us.

If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll make it right.

• As well as feeding you, we like to feed the environment too! To reduce impact on our planet (where possible), we use packaging that are compostable, recyclable or biodegradable. Not only keeping your food fresh but some of our packaging are designed to break down into nutrient-rich compost within 13 weeks.
• All our containers are freezer and microwave safe.
• Our vacuum bags are free from BPA, suitable for the microwave, freezer safe, re-useable, can be washed, boiled and also dishwasher safe.  

We have a deep understanding of allergens and the impact they can have on the body. Our mission is to create food that you can enjoy with confidence, knowing it is prepared with your safety in mind.

We take all reasonable precautions to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. Dedicated pans, oils, and utensils are used specifically for allergen-sensitive preparation. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before and after each stage of food preparation, as well as throughout the cooking process.

We prepare all out dishes in our home kitchen, if there are any dishes that you would like adapted to your allergen, please get in touch with your request.

Disclaimer: Whilst we take all reasonable precautions to minimise cross contamination, we are a small business where all our food is made in our family home kitchen. This is not an exclusive gluten free environment, hence; gluten, nut and dairy products are present.

You’ll receive ingredients, recipe cards and any sauces required, safe-chilled and clearly labelled.

There will be a small shopping list with each meal, these are items that you will normally find in your own kitchen, such as vegetables.
The reason why we don’t include such items is to keep everything as fresh as possible and give you the flexibility of when you would like to cook your meals without a short expiration date.
